Ginger Myrick – Continuous Improvement Manager
Ginger is the Intake Department Manager at VCC. She began working as an Intake Specialist in April 2014. She transitioned to a Lead Intake Specialist and then to the Department Manager in September 2015. She uses her customer service and management experience to lead her team to effectively screen veterans and their surviving spouses for the Aid & Attendance benefit. Ginger’s late grandfather served in the US Navy and was a WWII veteran. She is passionate about her work and has a true commitment to VCC. When she isn’t working, Ginger likes to travel and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Kathy Anderson – Marketing Manager
Kathy is the Marketing Manager for Veterans Care Coordination™. In this role, she is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organizaton and maximizing new and existing B2B and B2C relatonships. She also creates and supports the VCC vision as it relates to brand management, marketing automation and social media.
Kathy is a graduate of Illinois State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree. Kathy has 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and event production experience.
Kathy first learned of Veterans Care Coordination™ shortly after her grandfather had passed. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he would have qualified for the Pension with Aid and Attendance Benefit. Upon learning about the benefit, she knew she needed to be a part of the VCC family. Her Grandad was also a proud Army veteran of World War II and she serves VCC in honor of them and all that have served our country.
When not working, Kathy enjoys photography and seeking new adventures with her husband and two children.
Sherry McCarty – Accounting Manager
Sherry is the Accounting Manager for Veterans Care Coordination. Her hobbies include reading, cooking and gardening. Sherry is married with two kids, and she graduated from Central Missouri State University. She also took several accounting courses at Maryville University, St. Louis. She has over ten years of accounting experience, and oversees all facets of change in the accounting department.Sherry has a very strong attention to detail and works very hard at leading her team. She is looking forward to her future with Veterans Care Coordination.
Rachel Smith –Technology Manager
Rachel holds experience in customer service, sales, administration and information technology. She studied computer science at Missouri State and DeVry University, and she is from St. Charles, Missouri. Rachel’s brother and uncle are currently serving in the United States military and her late grandfather was a United States veteran.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, hiking, and relaxing at the lake.
Meg Benson –Strategic Sales Manager
Meg serves as the Strategic Sales Manager for Veterans Care Coordination™. She joined the team in July of 2016. She is responsible for growing the business in areas where we are underutilized. She will do a comprehensive study of a territory, seeking out providers that will help and increase our goal of servicing as many veterans as possible. Her role will be to actively engage new partners and show them the value of VCC financially. She will work closely with providers and address any issues and concerns they may have as well illustrating new ways for them to market to our particular clientele.
Meg has over 10 years of management and customer service experience that she brings to this position. She is the oldest of eight children. She has a sister who served with the U.S. Navy and a brother currently serving in the U.S. Marines. Her grandfather and uncle also served in the U.S. Navy. Helping veterans keep their dignity by remaining in home for as long as possible is a goal she helps to achieve every day.
Leah Meyer – Human Resources Generalist
Jeff Kerchner, Client Care Manager
Jeff Kerchner is a Client Care Manager at Veterans Care Coordination. Jeff has a B.A. in Business Management from Malone University in Canton, Ohio and brings years of experience in customer satisfaction and client care services to VCC.
Working with veterans is very near and dear to Jeff as his father, uncle, and two cousins are veterans of all different branches of the United States military.
Jeff is originally from Massillon, Ohio. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his four daughters and traveling. Jeff is an avid sports fan and his favorite teams are the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cleveland Browns.
Tina Rolwes, Client Care Manager
Tina Rolwes is a Client Care Manager at Veterans Care Coordination. She has many years of experience, and has worked for over 12 years in direct patient care evaluation. She also graduated from the International School of Pedorthics. Tina is extremely passionate about assisting veterans. Her son served for six years in the Army, spending one year in Afghanistan, and he is currently in the Air National Guard. Tina’s two uncles served as well, one in the Korean War and the other in World War II.Tina is from Peoria, Illinois. Her hobbies include spending time with her five children and two grandchildren, hunting, hiking, bicycling, reading and playing sand volleyball.
Jennifer Webb, Intake Manager
Jennifer Webb is an Intake Manager at Veterans Care Coordination. She is from Eureka, Missouri. She attended Westminster College and the University of Missouri, St. Louis, and she has an extensive background in customer service, financial services, and sales management. Both of Jennifer’s grandfathers served in the U.S. military, and she is extremely passionate about assisting veterans.
Jennifer enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her fiancé and step son. She has two dogs named Jack and Carmella.
